Things You Don't See Every Day (But I Might)

I think this is both funny and genius.  There's no need for gloves to ride your motorbike in the winter!  For all I know, this might also be common in the US, but I'm usually not surrounded by so many scooters and motorcycles, especially ones passing me on the sidewalk.

Note:  I'm pretty sure this will be a recurring feature, so I'm taking suggestions for a better name than TYDSED(BIM).  Put on your creative beanie and nominate something.

What about "Shanghai Surprise!" for your TYDSE(BIM). When I saw your recently posted shots of the dudes on bikes with giant poles, that's what I immediately thought of. Shanghai Surprise could apply to food, modes of transportation, or anything else - well, surprising. Or interesting. Maybe you could make it one word, like "Shangprise," or "Shangciting," or...all right, now I'm just getting punchy because it's 4:39 pm.

    Huh?

No, I haven't seen the movie, and yes, I chose the name anyway.  I'm told an Asian woman with green eyes is a plot point.
